Venom receives the top spot of the box office, making $80 million in its opening weekend.  This now holds the record for best opening in October.  Gravity formerly held the record for best October opening with $55.8 million. Our #1 movie this week was Night School with Kevin Hart, bringing in $28 million.  Night School had a 31% freshness rating on rottentomatoes.com. Small Foot came in second place making $23 million.
